Difficulty: Laying communications behind a slatted ceiling in common areas, as well as coordinating the installation project with the management company. It was necessary to perform this work in such a way as not to damage the existing finish in the common areas.

Solution: Since at the time of contact, the client's apartment was at the initial stage of renovation, all work was carried out in two stages, namely: First stage. We selected the necessary equipment taking into account the area of the client's premises and the distances between the internal and external units. We prepared a project for the installation of split systems and agreed it with the chief engineer. We laid inter-block communications, laid drainage lines and brought power cables from the electrical panel. In the common areas, we performed work on dismantling/installing the slatted ceiling.
